Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions (VIP, Business)

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. You may cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription, and your access continues through the end of the paid period.

We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a goodwill review.

2. One-time purchases (3-Day Spotlight)

Spotlight slots are non-refundable once the spotlight is live, since the placement is consumed by the campaign window.

If your spotlight has not yet started and you wish to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

3. Failed campaigns / technical issues

If a paid placement fails to run due to a technical issue on our side, we will either re-run the placement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputes are typically resolved within 1–3 business days.

5. How to request a refund

Email billing@vizadz.app or fill out the Contact form. Include the email address on the account and the date of the charge. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
