Account information: email, name, password (hashed), city preference.
Usage data: pages viewed, offers liked, saved, claimed; comments and reviews you post.
Payment information: handled exclusively by Stripe — we receive only the last 4 digits of your card and a Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your full card number.
Device data: IP address, browser, OS, approximate location (only with your permission).
To operate and improve the Service.
To personalize the offers and creators we show you.
To send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, password reset) and — only if you opt-in — marketing communications.
To prevent fraud, abuse and to enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal data.
We share limited data with vendors required to run the Service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), MongoDB Atlas (data storage), and analytics providers.
We may disclose data if compelled by legal process or to protect our rights.
We use first-party cookies for authentication and a limited number of analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not work.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, PIPEDA in Canada), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Danger zone, which permanently removes your profile, likes, saves, comments and reviews.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, payment transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations.
VIZADZ is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
