Account information: email, name, password (hashed), username, city preference, and profile details you choose to add.
Content & usage data: ads/offers you post, pages viewed, offers liked, saved, claimed, comments and reviews you post, and engagement signals (views, clicks, saves, shares) used to power your ad Results.
Payment information: handled exclusively by Stripe — we receive only the last 4 digits of your card and a Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your full card number.
Device & location data: IP address, browser, OS, and approximate location (only with your permission).
To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
To personalize the offers and creators we show you, and to compute your ad Results/analytics.
To send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, password reset, ad results) and — only if you opt-in — marketing communications.
To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
When you use AI-assisted tools (such as the VIZbot ad-maker or AI image generation), the prompts, text, and images you submit are processed by us and by trusted AI providers to generate your requested Output. Do not submit sensitive personal information you don’t want processed this way.
We do not use your private content to train third-party foundation models except as needed to provide the feature, and subject to the applicable AI provider’s terms. AI Output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
If you add a phone number, we use it to send verification/one-time codes and, where you've allowed it, service and onboarding texts (e.g. Concierge updates). We store your phone number and whether it's verified, and a minimal delivery log for security and troubleshooting.
We share the number only with our SMS delivery provider (e.g. Twilio) strictly to send these messages — never sold or used for third-party advertising. Message and data rates set by your carrier may apply; VIZADZ is not responsible for carrier fees, delivery failures, network issues, or misuse of your device. You can remove your number or opt out of non-essential texts anytime in your notification preferences (reply STOP where supported); essential security codes may still be sent while your account is active.
If you invite a manager to help run your account (or you manage another member’s account), that authorised person can see and act on the account they were granted access to, within the permissions and time span you both agreed. Both parties sign a standard management agreement first, and access ends automatically when the agreed time span expires.
VIZADZ is a neutral platform and does NOT process, hold, or store any payment made between members for these arrangements — you pay each other directly (via VIZpoints, which leave a record on both accounts, or off-platform). We therefore hold no card or bank details for member-to-member payments. We do keep a record of the agreement, the permissions granted, and an audit log of management activity for safety and dispute support.
To provide support and keep the Service safe, an authorised VIZADZ team member may occasionally access or make changes to your account on your behalf (“Act-As”) — for example to resolve an issue you reported, to help with setup, to enforce our Terms, for safety/security, or to meet a legal obligation.
This is governed and exceptional: it requires internal VIZADZ approval, is limited to the specific time-boxed actions needed, and is recorded in an audit log with the staff member's identity and a reason. We never access your password.
We notify you when access is granted and of the changes made — immediately and in a periodic summary. You can review recent support access from Account → Support access, and contact us to object to any action. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service and in providing the support you request; where your local law requires, we rely on your consent or another applicable basis.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. PIPEDA in Canada, and — as we expand — GDPR in the EU or CCPA/CPRA in California and other U.S. state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Danger zone, which permanently removes your profile, likes, saves, comments and reviews.
To exercise other rights, email info@vizadz.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, payment transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. We may retain limited data as needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms.
VIZADZ operates from Canada and may process and store data on servers located in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law. As we add regions, we will implement region-appropriate transfer safeguards.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including hashed passwords, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk and should protect your credentials.
VIZADZ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Users aged 13–17 may use the Service only with parental/guardian consent and supervision (see our Terms of Service). We limit certain features for Minors and do not knowingly serve them age-restricted content. Parents/guardians may contact info@vizadz.com to review or delete a Minor’s data.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice, and the “Last updated” date will change.
