Gift terms

When you "Pass it on", you're handing your VIZADZ ticket to one friend. We notify them by email + in-app and mint a fresh ticket in their name with their own VIZcode. Your copy is then marked transferredand can no longer be redeemed by you.

A passed-on ticket inherits the original offer's expiry, but the recipient gets a minimum 72-hour window to redeem from the moment we deliver the email. After that, the ticket lapses back to the VIZseller's pool (it does not return to you).

By default an offer can be passed once. VIZsellers can opt-in to a longer chain (up to 3 hops) per-offer; you'll see a small "chain x of N" note on the ticket when it applies.

VIZsellers can stop, pause, or replace an offer at any time. If they do, every open ticket (yours included) is voided and the recipient gets an email explaining the change. Tickets that were already redeemed at point-of-sale are honored.

We connect VIZbuyers and VIZsellers. We don't set the deal, we don't accept payment for the deal, and we don't promise the deal will be honored — that's between you and the merchant. We can mediate if something feels off: email info@vizadz.com.

Passed-on tickets are a gift. You cannot sell, trade, or auction a VIZADZ ticket. We reserve the right to void tickets we detect as sold for cash or used commercially.

When you pass a ticket, we share with the VIZseller only what's needed to honor the deal (recipient's display name + VIZcode). We never share the recipient's email or phone with the VIZseller without explicit consent.
