VIZADZ respects intellectual property and expects everyone here to do the same. We follow the principles of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Canada’s notice-and-notice regime, and we respond promptly to valid complaints.
Much of the local content you see is summarised in our own words with a link back to the original source, rather than republished in full. Where a listing uses a creator’s image or media, it should be posted by the rights-holder or with their permission.
If you believe content on VIZADZ infringes your copyright, send us a notice that includes: your contact details; a description of the work; the exact link(s) to the material you want removed; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
Send notices via our contact page. Please write “Copyright Notice” in the subject.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you are authorised to use it, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, the material in question, and a statement under penalty of perjury explaining why it should be restored.
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material will have their posting privileges limited or removed. We keep a record of notices to apply this fairly.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the site working. Optional cookies help us measure how the site is used so we can improve it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
