How we treat each other

Community Guidelines

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Why we have guidelines

VIZADZ works because locals trust what they find here. These guidelines set the tone: helpful, honest, and respectful. They apply everywhere on the platform — listings, profiles, messages, comments and reviews.

2. Be real and relevant

Share things that genuinely help people in your city — real deals, real events, real creators. Keep posts in the right category and city so they reach the right audience.

3. Be respectful

Treat other members the way you’d want a neighbour to treat you. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or targeting people over who they are. Disagree with ideas, never attack people.

4. Keep it trustworthy

No fake reviews, fake engagement, or pretending to be someone you’re not. Don’t post other people’s private information. If you have a business relationship with something you’re promoting, be upfront about it.

5. Messaging & reviews

Use direct messages for genuine conversations, not unsolicited bulk pitches. Reviews should reflect real experiences and stay free of profanity aimed at people.

6. When guidelines are broken

Depending on severity, we may hide content, reduce its reach, warn the member, or suspend the account. Our full rules on prohibited content live in the Acceptable Use Policy, and your legal rights and ours are in the Terms of Service.
