Acceptable Use Policy

1. The basics

VIZADZ is a place to discover and share genuinely local offers, events and creators. This policy explains what you can and cannot post or do, so the community stays trustworthy for everyone.

By using VIZADZ you agree to follow this policy alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Post honestly

List real offers with accurate prices, dates and locations. Do not post misleading discounts, fake scarcity, bait-and-switch listings, or anything you are not authorised to promote.

If you represent a business, only post on behalf of businesses you are permitted to represent.

3. What you may not post

Illegal goods or services; adult or sexually explicit content; hate speech, harassment or threats; content that endangers minors; gambling or regulated products you are not licensed to sell; and anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.

Spam, mass-duplicated listings, misleading links, malware, or attempts to drive users off-platform to unsafe destinations are not allowed.

4. Respect the platform

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to VIZADZ or other users’ accounts. Do not use bots to create accounts, inflate engagement, or manipulate rankings.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit reach, or suspend accounts that break this policy — usually with notice, and immediately when there is a safety or legal risk. Serious or repeated violations can lead to a permanent ban.

6. Reporting a problem

See something that breaks these rules? Use the report option on a listing or contact us. Reports are reviewed and we act on what we find.
